Makes 8-10 Bakery Style Chicken Cutlet
250g boneless Chicken
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
required Salt
required Water
2 tbsp Chickpea flour
2 tbsp Oil
1 Onion
1 tbsp crushed Ginger Garlic
1 Green Chilli
Curry leaves
1 tsp Chicken masala (or Garam masala)
1 tsp Coriander powder
1.5 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
required Salt
1 large Potato(cooked)
Coriander leaves
1 egg
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
4 tbsp Oil for frying
