Makes 10 Rava Dosa
1 cup Rava
1/2 cup phoa (flattened rice)
2 tbsp Rice flour
1/2 cup Curd
Water as required
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
For the Paneer Masala:
2 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
1 large Onion
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 green chilli
Curry leaves
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
3/4 tsp Chilli powder
1 large Tomato
150-200g Paneer
chopped Coriander leaves
Salt as required
