I'll leave this comment to help you understand the Manga you seem to enjoy. It's not that he is moving so fast he disappears. In Bakis mind he is fighting every person that he sees, so in his head every pedestrian that walks by attacks him and he has to dodge. His warriors mind is so strong that it subconsciously projects his moves to anyone watching. So he is literally casually walking but if you focus on him you will suddenly visualize the scene in his head and see him dodge and weave. To the average civilian this looks like he is disappearing because they can't keep up with his speed. That's not a theory, it's explained in detail in the Manga.

Как ни странно, если пули будут трассирующими их вполне будет видно, даже если они быстрее звука в несколько раз, ведь мы повышаем их значение яркости, ибо сам объем пули слишком мал для восприятия динамики с такой скоростью. Вот и выступает загвоздка, ведь Баки будет больше пуль винтовок и прочего примерно в 25 000 раз, а значит и скорость для невидимости должна быть больше в 25 000 раз. Да значения могут быть не такими огромными, ведь есть много но, но Баки гораздо быстрее звука факт. И если не веришь цифрам и маняфантазиям чела с инета, то хотя просто он быстрее по причине того, что и для Шибукавы он так же невидимый.
