nice job! as you were cooking those, was thinking you could make a pizza and a garlic naan at the same time. Ever make naan in your oven? Or sell pizza with naan bread sticks as a side. The texture of your crust looks awesome!

Let's see if I can get a reply on this old video... May I ask what your reasons were for going with two small ovens vs one larger one? Have you got any experience baking multiple pizzas in a bigger oven? I'm trying to decide whether to go for two Gozneys or Oonis vs an Alfa for 2 pizzas. Also, how high would you rate the importance of a flue when baking on gas? I'm thinking of temperatures inside the van...

What made you go for these gozney dome's instead of a big traditional one? They look cool, but they are also quite expensive, when you buy 2, you could just get one classic gas fired oven no (that fits a lot more pizza's)?

So... I understand the Dome is more capable for other uses, but if 12" pizzas are primarily what one cooks, why choose the Gozney Dome over 4 x Roccbox at the same pricepoint?

Hi All I received my dome a few days ago and the stand yesterday and me and my nephew was putting the dome on the stand and noticed that these little silica balls were dropping through the top onto the Pizza stone. Has anybody else had this issue and what are these little silica balls? There is a big pile of them underneath the chimney tube. I can take them out of my hand, but I also can push them through the front onto the stone. Don’t make sense to me why these balls didn’t drop all over the place in shipping

Great video! Was wondering, how long do you preheat the oven to get an even base temp? Do you preheat, then turn up the temp and then roll back the heat as to not burn the tops?

Have you ever tried cooking with lump charcoal in your Dome?

Sure have. Pre heated the oven with a good wood fire then let the flames die down and dropped the charcoal on. Baked a coal fired pizza over about 5 mins. Was amazing.

I would mod the gas jet to come in from the side and shoot up on a 90. This way you have more deckspace. It's probably a great oven

@Guillermo Castillo true. I don't want to be too harsh. You can make a 16" pizza. That's like a 1lb dough ball.

@@dropcheekelbow9110 Harsh or not not you're giving honest feedback. Their roccbox is like 1/4 of the price and a fraction of the size and only makes 1 pie. You would think paying 3 times more and having a much bigger unit you could comfortably cook 2 at once.
