Great idea. We tried one of the difficult recipes and it turned out tasting good but not perfect! I definitely need to try again.

Rad! thanks thanks! We should both give it another shot! I kinda have the bug now. I think I'm going to pick another (simple) one and see how I do. I also want to try this same recipe with lime instead of lemon.
