Thank you. When you do the videos could you enter the steps you take as well? Opening and closing the door is fine, but how do you preheat, how about temperatures, and times? These are the things we need to know in order to cook the food. Maybe you did all the steps but they didn't come through on the video I pulled up. Thanks.

It would have helped if you had put the actual steps of using the convection portion im the video. And, the foil should never touch the sides of the oven. That will cause arcing

Our standard convection oven in my house has a hot spot so cakes come out lopsided every time 😡
