I lived in Iran when I was a kid. If there is anything better than the magical , semi- burnt flavor of lavash, I have not been able to find it in the 50 years since we left . Amazing flavors I have to attribute to a strain of wheat which has evolved away..

Man is do what he created physically and women to do what they are created to do physically. Give birth, live in peace of not running around doing errands but feeding and caring for a family and kids and leaving all the running around for a man. Internal peace of happy and healthy family is priceless!

I love the environment, so lovely and peaceful with the fish ponds...and I absolutely was amazed at how they spoke to the children in calm tones, and only had to raise their tone a tiny bit to get the boy with the big eyes attention! So great to see well behaved, and well loved children!! And no money? They don't make this bread for money???

There was no reason to use harsh tones or discipline.. they weren't doing anything wrong. Obviously not american kids. apparently you couldn't see the womans eyes. the first one they took was fine, the next they just went after, she didnt appreciate and asked the dad to keep them away from her wares. I hope the dad at least left them a few lira.

En Sonora México, hacen unas tortillas de harina de trigo, hasta más grandes que esas, pero redondas. Y como dijo alguién, si conocieran el comal de acero, les sería mucho más fácil, y no se les quemarìan como les pasa con su oyo para cocerlas.
