Instead of 5 min, baking relay could be of total 30 min. (10 min. to each participants) with added twist of zero food waste baking recipes. My idea for the baking relay challenge is ice cream cake.

Two observations- 1. The sugar was added in minuscule quantities as compared to the required quantity, how did it taste nice? 2. Since Shivesh is the expert, in my view, he should have been the last one instead of the first one, so that with his experience and expertise, he could have salvaged the situation. Currently, it was the easiest for shivesh and should have been the other way round..

I have never made a mango short cake before but I would like to try this deconstructed recipe! 😁😁 I think you should try to make a cheesecake probably a blueberry hazelnut cheesecake in an assembly as in a relay but with hardened melted chocolate on top! Just my wild thoughts 😁😂
