Baking Sourdough

Hey Everyone!
In today's video I'm once again, trying my hand at sourdough! Although it is no where near perfect, I do feel as if I have come a long way!

no mention of ingreidients, measurements, time, tempature whats going on?

For the classic round loaf : 80g starter, 250g water, 350g flour. Mix and rest 30 mins. Add 10g salt, mix, rest 45mins. Stretch and fold 3x 45 mins between each, bulk rise until double. Shape then refrigerate overnight. Score it and bake at 400 for 20 mins covered and 20 mins uncovered. The sandwich bread: 100g starter, 375g water, 20g honey, 500g flour, 10g salt. Mix and bulk ferment overnight then put into loaf pans, rest 1 hr, bake at 425 for 30 mins. The sandwich bread didn’t come out right for me because I just realized I didn’t follow the directions completely 🤦‍♀️ hope this helps!! I’m still in the process of learning!!
