Thank you #BakingCherry for this fun flavorful cake. In North America this is often called a "snacking cake" where one leaves it in the pan and everyone takes a piece. If you were attending a potluck meal (where everyone brings some food) this is a typical transportable dessert. Having said that... wow! You have taken chocolate cake to the next level with a chocolate cream cheese filling and a ganache on top. Most people would look at this and think it is some boxed cake mix and would they ever be surprised to find out how great it will taste. I love learning from watching you do different things like whipping the egg whites with granulated sugar and then adding the yolks. The crumb on the baked cake was perfection.
