I was looking for a coffee flavoured cake and this was just perfect. Quick, easy and more importantly really delicious! I just added more coffee powder to the batter because I wanted a bit more of its flavour, but it could be that my coffee wasn't really good so I needed more! I also made a coffee whipped cream for the top. I am going to make it again today! Thank you!

@@donnamalone3526 hello! Hope you are having a wonderful day! Well, the thing is, where I live, we have a sort of ready made whipped cream. I mean you have to whip it but it is already sweetened. So what I do, is that I start whipping the cream, and add instant coffee powder and a little bit of cocoa powder to it. I don't have exact measurements, I just taste it until it's delicious 😅😅 And it's done when it reaches soft pick state. I'm sorry I couldn't provide a precise recipe 🙏🏻🌹 I hope this was helpful!

I love the way you make the cake that I don't have to separate yolk & egg white. It's easier this way and the cake still rise well. This is the 1st time I saw your simple recipe. Before I used method of people to beat egg white separately plus baking soda & baking powder but my cakes were still flat, not rise well. I will try your method soon. Thank you, I love coffee cake.

@@EasyQuickRecipes I felt sad because my cake was not rise at all, probably I mixed so much because when I pour flour into the wet liquid and it did not smooth so I have to mix a long time and I have filter it, also I used wrong size pan. It's easy to look you making cake but it's hard to do it, it took me a long time to do it too.
