1/8 nutmeg
4 green cardamom
2black cardamom
4 cloves
2small pieces of cinnamon stick
1tsp black pepper
1 tbsp melon seeds
5-6 cashews
1/2 tsp black cumin seeds
1cup-250grms curd
1tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1pinch saffron's threads + 2tbsp water
5-6 tbsp oil
2small pieces bay leaves
2black cardamom
1cinnamon stick
1kg mutton
1medium sized onion
2tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
200ml water
1tsp poppy seeds
1/2cup fried onions
1cup-400ml water
1tbsp kewra water

Instead of raw and roasted cashew nuts can we use fried cashew nuts for a better taste? Can we replace cashew nuts with almonds? Is it not better to roast ingredients separately than all together as roasting points are different for each gradient? Pl reply. Your dishes are very tasty.
