1-2 dry cinnamon leaves
Little bit cinnamon stick

1 tsp Red chili powder
3-4 Green chili
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
Green coriander leaves

इसके ऊपरी हिस्से जो खुरदरा वाला है उसको तो हटाया ही नहीं वो आसानी से गर्म पानी में १० सेकंड डालकर तुरंत चाकू से रगड़ने से निकल जाता है और ओजरी एकदम व्हाइट हो जाता है।बिना हटाए नही बनाया जाता नही तो घिन लगता है ।और इसके महक को हटाने के लिए आटा और नींबू का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए नही तो कितना भी धो लो इस्मेल जल्दी नही जाता।
