We had horrible experience with Ruslon driver. The worst thing was on last day at gabala, he demanded extra money.

It's a common scam here. You take Bolt to pay the price that's fixed before ride but the driver will show you a fake app and demand the price that his app shows. Better pay for the ride through card or call police.

There are places to convert your Money at the Airport in Baku or Just in the city, It is not expencive to convert there in my opinion but I'm from germany and I do not know anything about converting money in India
