Huh, that's quite the neat idea with those help-harm macros, kinda baffled that I've never thought about using something like this to ease my binding overload on hybrid classes. Thanks for that, definitely gonna try those out later today!

Do you think FF works that way just so druid tanks have a way to generate at least some threat on range pulls? Get a small headstart since we can't use ranged weapons and i haven't seen anyone pulling with moonfire for example.

Ya I guess. But feral faerie fire is a separate ability. So I could see the threat being on the feral version. It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense for the balance version haha

I understand not going for the spellfire gear. You're right that it's great but expensive. I've been farming the mats for it lately and have decided to wait for the swift flight form quest to go fast in the air. That said, what do you use in lieu of the spellfire set?

There are a lot of alternatives. I currently have the chest piece off of nightbane, T4 gloves, and there are a couple different belts I use - the epic one from crypts, or the blue one from SV if I need more hit.

@@wuwi5833 those would work. My guild will be stepping into Kara for the first time this Saturday and, as our resident boomkin, I have a guaranteed spot. I'll look into that other gear.

@@adamlaspata7001 the tbc wowhead pre raid bis list is a good source for alternatives. I have Kara tonight and I think I’m going to post a video of all the boss fights from my POV. So keep an eye out for that if you’re interested.

Is there a way in the help/harm macros to down rank a spell such as regrowth rank 6?

Yea you would just type regrowth(rank 6) and that should work.

When I shift into cat form I track humanoids automatic now in tbc, whitout macro

the trinket burst macro, do you have to put spell rank in there or is automatically going to be the highest rank? i had a issue before of a similiar macro where it was casting rank 1

If you don’t specify a rank it casts max rank by default

I have full spellfire and spellstrike and badge oh. I would still encourage for gruul and mag to consider insect swarm. Even downranking since the damage isn't a lot. Rank 1 still mitigates 2% for the tank. Arguably the more growth stacks gruul has the more important insect swarm is to prevent a wipe. Insect swarm on mags going into p2 is kind of important, especially if you don't have all of the adds down and healers are split focus.

help/harm macros are potential great, and potential oops. Meant to heal, accidentally pulled the boss, enjoy the wipe. Defo have to pay attention lol

you should remove cancel form, because thats what gets you caught out in globals. Its not needed for TBC because all abilities have a cancelform built in to it to where if you spam on global it wont be activated

I'm not a fan of going for just +arcane damage, I'd rather have +spell power and healing.

The cancel form macro doesn't make sense if you already get your form canceled by hitting a healing spell, so as long as u have lifebloom somewhere in any form you're in, it's going to cancel form and heal immediately. Other than that, great video!

Ya I’m not a fan of vuhdo. I’ve tried it in the past and just not my style. But whatever works for you
