I've been balancing on the Bosu Ball for about 10 years. I can step onto it with a barbell laid across my thighs with a total weight of 300 lbs, squat down to parallel, and then back up with little effort. It's amazing how easy an exercise is that was challenging a few years prior.

I can stand on one leg. I can walk toe to heel. I can cross one ankle to the opposite leg and then assume a sitting position on the leg carrying my weight. However, I cannot do the Bosu ball . Three years ago I could and fail to understand why I can't now. Will practice.

Would you recommend using this to help rehab inflammation in the patellar tendon?

Hello @ncintron76, Thank you for watching! Unfortunately, I cannot give advice or comment on specific cases without performing a physical examination. Generally speaking, balance exercises can be beneficial for overall knee stability and function, but it's important to consult with a healthcare provider for personalized recommendations, especially when dealing with patellar tendon inflammation. Best regards, Dr. Brian Abelson DC

One challenge i do is to turn my head to 5he left, right, up and down while balancing. Doing stroke recovery on myself. I have issues maintaining verticality while walking. Especially when a group of people are walking towards me.

Better stand close to the wall or a chair for beginners.
