I know how you feel with the loneliness. I bet it's because you ended up spending all your time with him and bending over backwards to please him that you didn't have time to nuture any other relationship in your life. At least that's what happened to me. And at first felt completely alone even though I wasn't.

Late. But, Happy Holidays! I left 3 months ago and I’m having a hard time excepting I have good people around me. He still texts me and I fall every time. I left him so he hates me. And he has burned me with his family. His family had his ex wife at a family function last month. He has totally broken me. How can I believe in people again. I can’t stop thinking about just showing up to defend myself. To expose all his lies. 😞 Thank you for what you do.

Folks: YOU all are beautiful and it is heartbreaking to go through the wringer! Ouch. For me it’s the money energy flow. Self-blame is turning into humanity toward those who are worthy. Enough of giving to a partner with no contract: nothing. Joining the game of life as they know too much about my kindness and need to please. I am now a bill pay center for myself. Thank God for credit plans. My implants are getting paid off. Sugar and bad habits did little except for this empath to grow her own brand of SUPER-HERO. Play me again and I know GAMES. Keep a journal AND write things down. Yes! 👍🏻 enjoy the LITTLEST things today. Tomorrow we return from our death bed. That’s right. The God that lives inside US is our saving GrAcE. He is my neighbor. And I can't move away. How do I stop myself to check if he's home or not? I don't reach out to him. I don't even say hello. He had a woman 2 days after we broke up. It's been a month of no contact. And I don't feel like reaching out... Maybe that's healing... Thank you Anoushka, your videos are really important for me during this hard time.

No contact since aug 22 but he reached out a few times … the first 6 mo I was grey rocking after that BLOCKER AND IGNORED so almost 2 years no contact love it ! I don’t want him back at all BUT he still goes through my mind I sadly waiting for his downfall or I want a apology both I never gonna see….. I do invest in myself a lot I even bought a double floor apartment… and love that for me but still he goes through my mind like how is he just flowing through life again with a nice naive lady at his side ….

I came out victorious through everything.I out smarted her, and she didn't know what hit her when I dropped the news to her, stay away we are done. Such a good feeling telling her that. .Peaceful and quiet now in my lake cabin in the forest. My granddaughter stays with me. I had a moose come visit me today. Life is good.
