I Love Mr. Sheard! He was my math teacher at Cerveny Middle School in Detroit! I remember when he told the class who he was married to and they were about to have a baby (kiki) we were all like "Yeah right, u ain't married to no Karen Clark Mr. Sheard quit telling stories!" Then he told us to watch an award show that was coming on that night and we'll see, and sure enough he was sitting front and center next to his wife THEE incomparable Karen Clark Sheard!!! ❤❤❤ Great memories

I don't know Bishop Sheard, Karen, or Dorinda personally, but I have a little story about them that I love. I was simply at a restaurant one Sunday and they were having dinner. I saw them on my way to the ladies room and they looked like they were just having so much fun. On my way back as I walked to my seat I told them all how much I appreciated their ministries. Talk about warm, gracious, friendly, and down-to-earth -- they were just genuinely all of that!

A gorgeous couple. I was blessed watching and listening to this. They are the blueprint of what a Godly couple should be. A gorgeous marriage that others look up to. How wonderful God has blessed them with decades of blessed years together, and a beautiful daughter and a beautiful son. How wonderful that they shared with us how God is the center of their marriage, and how they stand on his Word. What a gorgeous foundation they have had spiritually as Karen said. I am inspired and blessed by their marriage. Karen is my favorite female singer, she is a gift from God. So to see her so happy with such a Godly man is always a blessing to see. God bless this couple, and may they continue giving wisdom and instruction to others. May they continue allowing God to use them in ministry. May they continue being faithful servants, and gorgeous children of God. Joined together as one flesh as the word says, what a gorgeous Holy union they both have before God's eyes.
