Thank you very much for the tour. Balblair is one of my favorites. I have tasted 15 which is great. I have the 18 but I haven’t opened it yet. I think it is time to taste it.

Hi Ben, thanks so much for your videos. Lovely. Question...: What you mean when saying 6-hour mashing makes it clear? do you mean there is no starch left and all transferred to sugars? or is it about the harder layers that let better filtering? thanks -)

This is a very technical question. In the brewing industry you make a difference between clear and clowdy wort. Unfortuately this is not explained very easily, nor can I answer it perfectly.

Love Balblair but they just pulled out of Sweden as a market. It's a shame.
