Oh! Gaz... I'm hungry again now pal... I only had a late lunch about ninety minutes ago... But I've got to admit though mate... They looked absolutely gorgeous!... I'm adding these to my basket for my next online delivery... Although they're a little on the expensive side at £2.75 for just two Burgers... They really look good... They need to start selling these in larger packs of four... And pricing them for about £4.50... Or in packs of eight for about £8.00... So the more you buy the cheaper the price... Did you notice the weight on the box as well mate? 340g... But when you weighed both Burgers individually they totalled 175g each... For an overall total of 350g... So you may have been slightly down in weight on your bag of Calamari yesterday... However you're slightly up on the overall weight of these Iceland Pepperoni Burgers Gaz... Like i said yesterday pal... Sometimes you're slightly up on weight... Sometimes you're slightly down... 😆 Many thanks for the review... All the best Gaz... Cheers mate. 🍺

I love a bit of novelty but I do kind of miss the old Iceland that focused on cheap prices for the whole family rather than novelty items. I guess everything has to move on though. The mustard ketchup looks delicious

I have to agree. I left the UK in the 90's. The whole purpose was cheap food. It now seems expensive. Maybe I'm wrong but that is my thoughts.

@@neiljohansson9858 you’re not wrong. I wouldn’t say that Iceland is an expensive shop, but it is also no longer a budget shop. It’s more expensive than Farmfoods, Aldi, Lidl and to some extent Tesco. If you’re buying *all* your items from Iceland (including things like fresh veg) then I wouldn’t be surprised if it were more expensive than Sainsbury’s.

What a great combination. The fat from the pepperoni would keep the burger nice and juicy while adding flavour and the air fryer collecting the excess fats in the bottom. Hard to criticise the price too much when looking at the ingredients list, native beef, no mechanically recovered slime and only one known possible allergen. Definitely earned it's final 'Harry Potter' score lol (9 and three quarters). Great video again!

Yes lettuce does go on bottom. A cup of iceberg lettuce holds all the sauce and flavours. Instead of getting a wet bun.

The doner ones are a massive let down. Just like a lamby minty flavour and no real kebab flavour at all. These are leagues ahead as the pepperoni really adds loads to the pattie.

Bought these today and literally just polished one off. In all honesty I think it was probably the tastiest shop bought burger I’ve ever had…the pepperoni really works….very flavourful and a lovel texture. Really frightening how much oil comes out during the cooking process though, get fat equals flavour but it was like the Exxon Valdez disaster in my kitchen. I’m probably going to have reflux till Easter now as well. Cracking pattie though. 👍

Tried them yesterday , lovely flavour as you say but i had the usual small bits of bone & gristle in one of them. Wish they could irradicate all those nasty bits of gristle as it puts you off buying them again. Nice review as always though and cheers for the heads up - flavour was amazing.

Hi fella, a question for you. We have never had an air fryer however every day we cook a batch of chicken nuggets to sprinkle over the food for our six oldies rescue dogs from Romania as a nice wee treat they have missed in their younger days of starving and scavenging for food. We usually pump up one of the ovens on our range for doing these and I'm now looking into buying an air fryer for quickness and perhaps saving a few golden nuggets on the electric. I've seen a 7ltr one for £120 on the "zon with ama" so do you think that would be OK for size and price for starters?. Cheers, Tony. 👍
