Baldur's Gate 3 - Giant Robot Boss & Dead Dwarves in The Grymforge

This is the twelfth episode (Part 12) of a new edited Let's Play / Playthrough series on Baldur's Gate 3 by Larian Studios. This is a mostly blind / first time playthrough of the game and hopefully it will be enjoyable for everyone to watch as I stumble my way through the Tactician difficulty (hardest difficulty) armed only with my knowledge of tabletop D&D 5th edition. I've been waiting for this game to fully launch for a while now and I am thrilled to be sharing my beginner experience with everyone as a D&D fan and an RPG enjoyer! I'm also playing as the Dark Urge Origin character.

This is Episode 12 of my Baldur's Gate 3 Let's Play. In this episode we journey across the lake to reach The Grymforge, also known as the Adamantine Forge, where we encounter a lot of duergar or gray dwarves who are not very friendly. Apparently a True Soul named Nere is trapped under a pile of rocks and we have to somehow dig him out so that I can chop off his head and give to Glut. While exploring we reach the heart of the ancient Forge itself and find out that we can actually craft our own Adamantine gear but not without fighting the Guardian of The Forge, Grym. We also reach Level 6 in this episode.

I got the Adamantine sword recently for my Paladin coz I was going for a double wield build for fun… such a disappointment XD the weapons from the forge are all huge disappointments especially compared to the armour… the armour pieces can last through all of act 2 and still be great I’ve never used a weapon for longer than a few hours before replacing it with something better sometimes not even that long… I mean… why the fuck do I need a sword that scores guaranteed crits on OBJECTS…. I haven’t gotten to act 3 yet on that playthrough I thought that maybe this applies to constructs? ie the steel watch…?
