It would be great if they beefed up character creation. Just a little. More deities for evil clerics and deities for paladins and monks. Throw in Mask or Cyric. Patrons for warlocks would be cool. Fiends could have Glasya or Asmodeus, etc. Goolocks could have elder aberrations and Feylocks could have Oberon or Tasha, even Silvanus. Nothing fancy, just there for roleplay. I know that the devs said there would never be face customization outside of mods, but a few more faces to choose from would be cool. Lastly, I'd like to see a couple of new backgrounds.

If they add anything similar to the tool set from NWN that allowed people to play custom persistent worlds online, I will mourn the death of my free time 🤣 Having this level of detail with the great community and storytelling of the persistent worlds would be unbelievable.

The one thing I am excited about is they finally addressed Jaheria not following the party in act 3. I got my honor mode dice a month ago and it was nothing but a buggy mess and I made several long winded bug reports. Fingers crossed that those bugs are finally addressed.

I've been playing for the last several months. I have a main character who's level 11 in act 3, but I've made so many other characters who haven't gotten past act 1. I'm looking forward to the photo mode and modding stuff. I'm waiting until I finish the game once to get into modding. I wanted at least one full playthrough with the base experience. I mostly want quality of life and aesthetic mods to make the experience smoother and better looking, but I might also get some other types of mods. One mod I'm interested in lets you get to level 20 and you can have the option of increasing the rate at which you level up. I'm not sure if it affects the enemies although I hope it does because otherwise it would be too easy. I just feel like it takes way too long to level up and really build out your character. I'm used to games with like 30-50+ levels.

Looks like one we have before entering Balthazar, where one of its skeleton (in a helmet) guard talks to us. Seems one on the footage is an earlier version of it, not ended up in a game. P.S. Edited: Checked, yes it is in a final game

The two things I would like but know we won't get is a Jaheira romance and would like to see what the shadow lands look like after healing. I think the need to see how the land healed stems from my disappointment of Mass Effect Andromeda. The thought of terraforming the golden worlds and cleansing them of the scourge was something I'd love to see in Andromeda 2 and 3. Yes I hoped for a trilogy, alas I was incredibly disappointed. And I am also incredibly disappointed we won't be getting any dlc or a Baldur's Gate 4. I thought it would be awesome to actually have a proper adventure with my love interest and other companions without the thought of becoming a mind flayer looming over my head.

500 hours from like a month after release. A lot of that was spent with the game in the background though, and I have serious lag so my game speed is like halved on average, lol.

I spent 600 hrs since last August, but 200 is on fcking around with mods, reload to rewatch the segg scenes, change hairstyle, replay certain parts because of mods fcking my saves.

Returning players? Hell I haven't even started yet. ​@coreymckee4844 So my most recent recent build is a tempest cleric/eldritch knight fighter. It's a thematic build based off Thor. The strength pot version acts as Thors belt of strength which doubles his strength, but I do have a nonstrength pot build thats possible. Your play style will depend on how many spell slots you have for the rest of the day. The strength potion version of this build will have you go 10 strength, 14 dex, 16 con, 8 int 17 wisdom, and 8 cha. You'll want your first level to be fighter (for the proficiency in con) fighting style two weapon fighting. Your race can honestly be whatever you'd like, although wood half elf is great for the movement bonus. Dwarf (duegar) can also work if you want to use a specific weapon for throwing. Levels 2-6 will be all cleric and after that fighter until 5 and you decide if you want the extra feat first, or the ability to knock people around first. But, it'll end as a 6/6 build. First feat you'll want is Dual wield, second feat, asi into wisdom, and last feat is dealer choice between savage attacker, elemental adapt, spell sniper, or tavern brawler (if you want to use a throwing weapon too). There is a specific weapon for eldritch knight (trying not to spoil too much) that makes this build pop. It's a hammer that gets very nice bonuses when bound to an Eldritch Knight. This build will have you use your main action to cast spells like shatter and call lightning and have you follow up with your offhand attacks. When you're out of spell slots/the ones that matter. You'll put your offhand into your main hand and start going to town on people. You can build your companions however you like with this build as well, but you'll want a focus on keeping enemies wet. I can do gear options as well but I don't know if stating gear is too spoilery.
