Personally, I say don't worry too much about missing things. Once a game like this becomes a checklist, all the magic is gone. Do your thing and have fun. If you end up running around for 10 min without bearing fruit, edit it out if you must. It's your channel and you know better than random people what makes entertaining content. That's why you have the audience you have. Thanks for the videos bud.

Good thing you disabled the Steel Watch. If you don’t that fight is basically impossible. They cheese you with bombs and self detonations

It's quite easy to throw the bombs back at the enemy

@@CMald Except when they throw bombs and then immediately attack them to detonate them directly on your party. I would start my turn with almost no health on any characters.

@@italovidigal1990 Yep, did not disable the steel watch and this battle triggered gortash upstairs and all the steel watch walking outside. Each AI would take like a 20 second turn trying to figure out how to path to me while I hid in the corner in darkness 😂 took like 2 hours.

I’m honestly a bit disappointed in the storytelling in this game. Some parts of the game seem unfinished and you can guess at a lot of cut or rushed content.

What I heard was there was supposed to be a whole section in the actual Upper City, but because of time crunch on the release they had to nix it and cut a few corners. Which is understandable. Hopefully with this installment, Larian can command a bit more in the negotiations next time and say "It will take as long as it takes to make it. Just let us do our job."

I absolutely love this let`s play series, more than I have any other series on youtube in years!! I would love to see an evil playthrough but not a VOD, I just can`t get sink into the other one with the constant interuptions of having to thank people for subbing etc which I understand you need to do but what you do with this one is an absolute masterpiece and I hope you keep them going for many years to come. Thank you for all the work you`ve put in!

Kinda sad that you didn't continue with Karlach's companion quest in Act 1 and got him to see Dammon. Not to mention in Act 2, you could've also interacted with Dammon at the Last Light inn before speaking to Isobel. I feel so bad for Karlach and how she's been mostly forgotten in this run.

I honestly enjoyed the fight against Orin more then I did for Gortash. Gortash's fight for me felt very easy if you just throw back the grenades he throws at you. I liked the concept of his fight though. He's a man who focuses on fear and oppersion so he relys on his minions more so then his actual power. Keep up the videos Wolfheart!

In Patch 1 they buffed up Orin (AC and HP) a bit, so you have more of a chance to see the cultists complete the ritual, too.

I beat Orin in one round with just my fighter. 9 Attacks in one round raining down on Orin (haste and action surge) and whoosh, done. Way too easy.

Subscribed as a really love your playthroughs + including bits of lore in there is very nice. I finish the game once and it's really amazing that our run is so different. I wish that you'd do another run as the Dark Urge as I feel like his story really fits the lore more than TAV and would really like your commentary on it.

You don't have to kill Voss in act 1, you could cast Command: Drop Weapon and get it. You will probably get the 2nd one.

Gortash is tough. I was down to one I had to have him chase me outside and down a level. When he came down the level I made a mad break back up and back to my group. He ended up staying on that level so i rezzed everyone. And healed and dropped down to his level and took him out. But yes those traps and bombs are insane.

I destroyed all the traps in the busts room before engaging Gortash cutscene. Then pulled them into that room. He was an easy fight that way. Wish I knew about the bomb throw though, lol.

When I took on Gortash shadow had to use her one time divine intervention to give my team a full rest. Without that I would have wiped so hard

smokepowder bombs are high level enough that with enough movement speed and luck u could clear that battle with grenades he basically hands you

You can throw those bombs and they explode on impact. They do a lot of damage to them.

Im a fairly new subscriber Wolf and i have to give credit where credit is due. Ive been binge watching your entire series here and have loved the way you play and describe to your viewers certain aspects of lore we would never know. I will be slightly critical of certain ways you play however. I am aware that sometimes focussing on the main story is what drives attention for he videos you create, i just wish that sometimes you would go the extra mile, explore random parts of the map, check for hidden secrets and loot things you wouldnt normally loot. All of these things become spectacles for the viewer. I also wish you didnt let previous Baldurs gate games or lore you know impact the way you play. I feel like sometimes the team composition is lacking just due to the fact that you hold certain members above others, due to previous knowledge of them. Overall this has been a great series and when all is said and done i will miss it. Thanks for all the time and effort making these videos for us.

if you think Karlach's story is sad.. then try doing a playthrough .. a true "put yourself in the role" playthrough, with her as your love interests .. and not the have Wyll in the party...

There is a lot of things he missed. The legendary bow on the titan body in the steelwatch factory, the very rare helldusk hemlet in the house of hope, … At least it’s a shame for the bow but he can’t get it now.

If you want to play a bit cheesy just put party in globe of invulnerability and use ranged attacks. I was able to defeat Gortash with the steel watch included that way. Gale was able to cast the spell twice. Also great playthrough 👍. I have been watching every episode when taking a break from my own game😊
