Love the thought put into this, rp builds like this are my favorite and this is the coolest use of a feat in a build Ive seen in a while. Pally 6 is a must tho for me with those juicy saving throw bonuses and the same amount of spellslots.

you could probably trade out 1 level of lore bard for nature cleric of Lathander, one:it frees up one feat that can be used for polearm master and two: Lathander is all about light... so unironically makes it now a deity build for the memes. And finally three: if you bend it a little, the fire wyrm staff is kinda like a torch... I mean it burns and it visibly on fire... what you gain from nature cleric is additional cantrips and a bonus action attack that works with shillelagh (assuming you take polearm master) all while letting you keep a shield in the off-hand.

Surprised you didn't use one of the gear pieces that makes it so enemies can't crit you, seeing as how that's about the only way you get hit, lol. But still a great video!

I had a thought. Wouldn't Guild Artisan or entertainer make more sense? Especially since the former is about creation and meeting fellow people who pen novels?

lol might want to mention in Act 2 the gauntlet of Shar resurrected shades reflect radiant damage back at you when done to them in honor mode. Have to be careful with this character in that. I kept killing my paladin build the first time on honor mode not realizing why.

Hobo, I'm new to the game, could you tell me if there is any build that involves heavy armor and stealth? Something like a shadow paladin or something?

With heavy armour? Not really. All heavy armour imposes disadvantage on stealth checks. Medium armour can work, as there's quite a few that don't come with disadvantage. Most of the armours that do this also come with an unlimited AC cap similar to light armour. Go with a Paladin/ Assassin Rogue with Great Weapon Master. Divine Smite stacks with Sneak Attack and can lead to one shots with a build like this.

Maybe some day. The thing I've noticed about doing builds based on existing characters is that they almost never do well. This video is a prime example.

time to make Jacky from The Darkness games, a betrayed mafia guy inherits demonic powers from his own bloodline upon turning 21. The powers are from a demonic entity called The Darkness, it takes the form of 2 shadowy demonic snakes and becomes manifest in dim light or absolute darkness. It is very capable of tearing apart Jacky's enemies and feasting on their hearts, on top of other powers like summoning an imp servant, called the darkling, in Jacky's aid and strike absolute fear into enemies. They can summon locusts to distract enemies, a black hole to suck everything in and use extreme executions like ripping an enemy in half or ripping someone's spine and skull out thru their anuses. How the build would go I would say: Warlock Fiend / Goo with pact of the tome, utilising the spell combo of Darkness and Devil sight. some levels of rogue or swords bard for the mafioso gunner part. When it comes to psionics, u obviously would be using the black hole, tho rarely. When it comes to standard weapons, Jacky would use xbows, heavy one to act as a shotgun and 2 handbows to act as dual pistols. While this is all fair game, the thing about The Darkness in question is that it'll torment and manipulate Jacky so that it can fully take over, and his character arc revolves around him trying to get the upper hand over it. How this conflict ends is really up to the player.
