Going the full 12 of Arcane Trickster I would probably also make this character a scroll caddy. Have then collect all the higher level spells they can't get normally like Hold Monster and Greater Invisibility. Although going Trickster 10 and Wizard 2 would get third level spells also.

Boss Fight? how possible is it to make a beast clergyman or Godfrey/Hoarah Loux build?

Gotta grab cleric for guaranteed Max damage on the wet mobs. I always find myself running a radiant orb build and a tempest cleric build.

Necklace that gives you 1-6 poison when healed is a nice little free damage along with the +2 ring. My bad, you just said to grab both.

One thing I really wish arcane tricksters got was the ability to scribe spells. Cause their whole thing is stealing magical secrets! It'd make sense thematically! Like they have their basics that they get from level up, but then they can add any spell they "steal" to their abilities. I feel like it'd just give them a real boost to playability.

Since you went Half-Elf, you could go with Dancing Breeze. Maybe having a glaive doesn't fit the aesthetic... or maybe it does, what a mad lad move to wield a FINESSES glaive... but it is +2 and offers a whirlwind attack. So combined with Drakethroat Glaive it becomes +3 with some elemental damage. Re: Uncanny dodge. It is indeed only 1/round, because it uses your reaction. Basically, if Shield would negate damage entirely, use your reaction on shield (which could make other attacks against you in the same round miss as well, since the AC bonus lasts until the start of your next turn), otherwise if Shield wouldn't offer enough AC to negate the attack then use Uncanny Dodge to halve the damage. I also think Arcane Trickster is viewed so poorly in BG3 because you can't do nearly as much with it as you can in tabletop. Mage hand is more consistently useful, plus you can lockpick from range in tabletop by using it. Booming Blade + sneak attack + bonus action disengage to move away, forcing the enemy to take the rider damage if they want to follow is extremely potent. Rogue is already great. Adding magic shenanigans on top is just so good.

On the Bolstering magic, it's *supposed* to be, (in tabletop that is) You can bolster Proficiency bonus times per long rest, and can restore spells slots once per person per long rest with a use of bolstering magic.

I was playing ffxiv while watching this and thought i was going crazy hearing Kefka's theme. Seems like Cyric's trickery is afoot.

Turns out, to make Arcane Trickster good, you just needed to be mad and a liar. Its almost poetic...almost.

So Bane, Bhaal, and Myrkul were the original gods (well, not original, that was Jergal), and Cyric was a mortal who took over their portfolios at the end of the Times of Troubles. He started out as an adventuring companion to Midnight, Kelemvor, and Adon, but ended up betraying them.

You said this was a Dark Urge build, and then later said to pick a specific background, lol.

Are you able to do the Dame Aylin build? It is one of the more difficult builds, because a Cleradin needs both Charisma and Wisdom.

Fun and diverse. But I think you had too much "battlefield control" since you were inflicting the status conditions on your own party more than the enemy... Reverberation with lightning surfaces is one I found recently that is too easy to inflict on yourself let alone your party.

No. Prone and Mained targets cannot take any actions unless they have some ability that clears an effect.
