@@ConsciousExpression if those were the “most important” rules, they’d actually be documented…..but they are not. Below are the three most important rules that apply to EVERYONE who touches a firearm and are the first thing EVERYONE learns in EVERY firearm safety course. These rules are very well documented, it took me seconds to find them and cut and paste them here. Even if all of your “rules” were broken, following these rules would have prevented a death. - Always Keep Firearm Pointed in a Safe direction (Never point your gun at anything you do not intend to shoot) - Treat All Guns as Though They are Loaded (Never assume a gun is unloaded (check for yourself) - Keep Your Finger Off the Trigger until You are Ready to Shoot (Never touch the trigger on a firearm until you actually intend to shoot) Here are three very important rules straight out of the Screen Actors Guild Firearm Safety Guidelines: - Treat all weapons as though they are loaded and never point one at anyone, including yourself. - Anyone that will be using a weapon shall know all of the operating features and safety devices. - All local, state, and federal laws and regulations are applicable and can override these guidelines if they are more stringent. Making up “rules” that help your case is fine in the comments section, but in court they’re going to require some evidence to call something a “most important rule”.

I think this was just to aggravate Morrissey. The judge does not strike me as someone who would entertain this type of behaviour. Like 'if you have an objection...do it... NEXT'

My opinion is that the Court « got tired of it », after the online commentators discussed the judge not having control of her court room.

Alec Baldwin has always struck me as dim witted and arrogant. Nothing to do with celebrity, this is simply who he is. If he were an obscure John Doe blue-collar worker, he would be the same insufferable person. Isn't is arrogant to believe that a trial will be swayed by simply Who He Is?

Yeah, this motion really seems to be throwing shade squarely at the judge, which will not go over well with Judge Sommer. She was pretty no nonsense, esp towards the end of HGR's trial.

This smacks of Baldwin bullying his attorneys into filing this. I'd be astounded if they didn't know how silly this filing is. Also, I loved the "Potter inspired" reading of the Patreon supporters at the end. I thought I'd accidentally switched to 1.5 speed. 😂

It's actually a very good filling to try and get in the prosecutors head as it warns her that they will be objecting to bad behavior and gives much less leeway to argue her way out when she gets caught. It's actually quite genius.

@@shawn4888 Possibly. I guess we'll find out when the trial actually starts. People do tend to choose attorneys that they can push around or that are just like themselves, so bullying is still in the running, at least for me.

If he is found guilty, do you think he will be allowed to stay out on bond until appeal is over? Seems as though high profile/celebs are allowed this courtesy as others are not. Hannah went right to jail so he should go as well. Elizabeth Holmes was sentenced in 2018 but she did not actually go to prison until 2023. All this so she could give birth to and take care of her newborn child. Why? Countless children are born every day to women in prison and they aren't released. High profile cases get off.
