Rambutan and Mangosteen are very unique and delicious fruits that we only get in our Chinese markets. Enjoy guys! Amazing to see those exotic fruits in abundance there.

Hi guys, I absolutely love those roadside stands. Marie said she would try to buy some Rambutan so I could taste it and find out why Dazel is obsessed with them. Take care our friends and we love you all.
@dazeltv1351Ай бұрын
We stop at the Balete roadside stands every time we go to Roxas City or Iloilo. Balete has the best fruits in our province of Aklan. It is not just Dazel that is obsessed with rambutan; Leana too! 😁 I eat some too; taste a little bit like lychee to me. I do agree with Dazel; not all rambutan are created equal. Some are sweeter than others; just like Philippine mangoes. The Guimaras mango is the sweetest mango I’ve ever had. Take care our friends. Love you both.

$2 per meal. Philippines is still home to many Filipino Americans no matter how long they have been away. I know for me, it’s been a lot of fun since I moved back here in 2011.

Hi Dazle and Ginno enjoy your Lunch and shopping for your fruit. Thank You for sharing and God bless You All 🙏 I pray that Typhoon Ferdie doesn't affect you to much. MAY GOD KEEP YOU SAFE AND HEALTHY MY FRIENDS 🙏
@dazeltv1351Ай бұрын
Typhoon Ferdie is up north in Luzon; will not affect us much in Aklan province. We are actually not affected by most typhoons in the Philippines because we live in western Visayas. Most typhoons have weakened by the time they reach us. Take care and God bless.

@dazeltv1351 in Manjuyod the kids didn't go to school because of the Typhoon Ferdie so that is why I was concerned have a Wonderful Blessed Day 🙏
@dazeltv1351Ай бұрын
@@raymondking1793 Thank you for your concern my brother. Leana actually did not have school yesterday too; Friday. We are experiencing Habagat rain in our area (monsoon rain). Dazel and Leana actually went fishing yesterday afternoon in the rain. 😃 They caught over 1 kilo of tilapia yesterday. There is a pavillion at Lo Ola's Fish Farm where they can fish in the rain; you don't get wet. Take care our friend. Stay blessed.

We are still in Habagat season (monsoon season). And Typhoon Ferdie (current typhoon) is only the 6th typhoon of the year. We average 20 typhoons a year. We can get a typhoon until December. It can rain or typhoon in the Philippines anytime from July to December. January to June is more the dry season. Take care my friend. Stay blessed.

And how much per Kilo for Rambutan? All yummy fruits, Here in Germany is very expensive those fruits.😮
@dazeltv1351Ай бұрын
The rambutan in Balete, Aklan is 35 pesos per kilo (about .60 cents U.S.). And Balete rambutan is the best we’ve found in Panay Island.

Hey Dazel love you vlog, can you please share how you choose a sweet rambutan? I noticed that you didn't pick the reddest ones
@dazeltv1351Ай бұрын
Dazel never gets the reddest ones. She likes it slightly green; the reddest ones get too ripe fast. She also prefers the ones that easily peals off from the seed inside. Dazel is so particular when it comes to her rambutan. 😃
