yes Niesha, climbing stairs is a very demanding cardio vascular activity. as a long distance cyclist, (at least 60 miles per ride) we used stair climbing as an off season exercise to maintain and develop our cardio strength. Good for you to pursue your adventure. It’s great that you put yourself in a position to do that. The dress you wore during your activities were gorgeous. I, as a consistent viewer and subscriber, have now moved to the point that I would consider going to Bali because of you. You have brought a far off land to life for us. @Neisha K first off, it nice to be able to cross off your bucket list. 👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾 2nd, I feel you should give the pottery thing another try. The ability to create something from clay can be so rewarding / fore-filling. (Maybe you can find out the best time for adults to go there) 🤭🤭😅 Finally, regarding zoos. I totally feel the same way. I even feel a type of way about animals in the circus 🎪. However someone gave me a counter-opinion. They said if you were to take all of the animals in captivity and release them into their native wildlife, they may all die due to starvation, and the inability to hunt like their fellow species. They're so use to be fed good food and fresh water and a swimming pool. I struggle with that. Anyways, as always, awesome video.
