:) My friend is there right now. She is struggling a bit with studying/taking notes.. as well as say that it isn't exactly what she had in mind, so she didn't really know what she was expecting.. just not that. I feel lots of admiration for her in the sense that she just saved up & went right for it!! On the other hand~I'm wondering if the feeling is, she was hoping for more of a yoga retreat vs a yoga teacher training? I dunno if this is a common thing.. or even really if that's what she was feeling. Beautiful place/the teachers seem amazing & your vlog put off such good vibes. Oh.. & CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Are you teaching virtually for donations?:) I love a good power flow. Would be happy to donate/take a class or recording :) Great vlog!

hi when it was your turn to teach your sequence or flow are you able to read off notes? Also, Everyone that had to teach what they learned was it always the same flow or could you make up your own flow?

Hi! After my training I went back to Korea and one week later forced myself to do a donation based class for my friends. Teaching is really a mind > reality thing and growing confidence. To answer your question, I do still read off notes one year later and my sequences evolved over time and with experience. After a few months of teaching and getting feedback from students I would say I have my own style now :)

@@teacherxtravelerthank you for your reply! My question was for when you were at the yoga school in Bali before getting your certification did you have to teach a sequence on your own? Did you write down notes to remember what moves to do and if you did, where you able to read the notes while teaching class ?

House of om Bali :) It was approximately 1600USD I applied for the scholarship and received 300
