Good idea, Waz! Sanur is a fabulous place to base yourself - more quiet with a couple of supermarkets and excellent restaurants for the occasional splurge. I think there is a continental deli there too but I haven't spotted it. Enjoy, mate!

Ok here's a few spots in Sanur I love. Kopi kiosk, next to Hardy's. ( Best coffee and wifi.) Also kopi kiosk on the beach at hotel wangkara. Warung Krishna ( masakan Bali, enak banget) Warung de mell. Warung kecil Breakfast at lutus. On the beach. The ice cream at Massimo's. I lived there for a few years. Damn I wish I could again.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear that. It's just a thing. Plenty of illnesses out there. We live we die one way or another. Not to disrespect your situation or experience at all. That would have been truly awful but me, well, never married so no kids. It's been a selfish life in many ways but enables me to not leave any dependants without a Dad or Hubby and not to hurt any loved ones once gone. Lucky in many ways. Not sick yet so... let's see how far we can take this ride. Much love Yuli. W
