Balikatan 23 | Bilateral K9 Training

U.S. and Philippine service members conduct bilateral K9 training during Exercise Balikatan 23 at Clark Air Base, Philippines, April 17, 2023. The training allows service members to demonstrate their capabilities and learn from each other. Balikatan is an annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. military designed to strengthen bilateral interoperability, capabilities, trust, and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences.
