Side comment from husband speaking - Your girl friend Tara Lipinski is having a baby finally. A long wait, losing two babies is a terrible loss. My wife lost our first and it was several years later before we could have our son and only child. By that time I was 42 and mom was 36 - getting very close to the age that you might not have a healthy baby. I remember watching her win the gold medal at the Olympics. She was really an underdog - so she had no real pressure to win, just go out and put on a great program. All the pressure was on the favorite. I have felt that pressure at rifle matches both in high school and in the Air Force - think too much and your chance is over. Great news for Tara.

PPT is the best you will do price-wise per SF in BGC. Also, building does not allow short term rental. $4400 for 3200 SF is good value for being on the quiet De Jesus Ovel. Try to do a weekend market video from the park if you have a chance. Thanks for listing the SF and monthly renal terms, for so it will help once we plan on making the move. My wife was born in the PH but currently lives in my home state of Florida. We look forward to seeing your adventure in the next 2 years.

Good point! It’s interesting, we’re learning a lot about leasing a condo here. Some owners want long term lease (2+ years) but others only want a 1 year. I believe some come back to live in their condo. I don’t blame them, I would want to come back too. Oh I quickly saw a market on De Jesus Oval. Wil have to vlog in it once we get settled👏👏👏
