Just finished my Khazad-Dum campaign. Went to about turn 260 and defeated Mordor and had Harad and the AA pushed back to the point that it would have just required slugging them down, which I did not want to do

With the Warhammer mod for Bannerlord there is a method that helps with crashes and long load times. Can't remember where to find it but it involves deleting some of the shaders in the mod files. It worked for me when I played it, although there were occasional crashes while playing. Those might have been fixed however. If you do end up trying it out I highly recommend playing as a vampire necromancer with the "cleave through" mod it is rather OP and quite fun with the bat ability.
