In my view the answers we are getting from Cs are autodated and may not support the farmers or even make agriculture attractive. Use of apps may be suitable for guiding the the farmer on where to get inputs or even chemicals required. The issue of market cannot be pegged on apps and the solemn way to turnaround agriculture is focusing on value addition through Cottage industries. Every Farmer will be more comfortable when he is sure he is producing and the factory is there and ready to take the produce without any delay.
