People who watch that never have been to or worked on a farm pry think , dang is that all they do is work. Answer, yes . That's what farmers do. Much respect from an retired hog, dairy, beef guy. I know your feeling of balers always breaking down when they shouldn’t. I help a farmer bale and we bale at night becouse of the moisture here in Kansas and we use a new holland big square baler and a jd 4630 front wheel assist if I remember right on what model number it is. And we use 2 jd 4010 to pick up the bales. It’s always a pain when it’s dark and you are trying to fix something on the baler. Our main breakdown is the sprocket chain that drives the pickup. What do you guys have for common breakdowns

Claudia and Tim Bale Accumulater saves chasing after bales. When we baled we put ascetic acid or proprionic acid on as we baled. We got paid a premium for ascetic acid. Dairy Farmers told us that their cows milked more because they drank more water and the hay was better quality. Told them that they could use ascetic acid in their silage as well at a lower rate and it would improve their silage as well.

We had one of those case balers an had nothing but break downs, even case engineers were baffled by why it should keep going wrong. Ended up getting MF Hesston 2370, it's now 3 year old an done over 20,000 bales an had little trouble with it. Act dumb when it comes to reloading string or trying to sort knotters out always the best way 😂 great vid Tim an Claudia 👏

You guys should trade that Case baler for a Massey Ferguson baler, they're more reliable and your top speed with them is like 7mph with the newer ones that is, im not sure about the older ones. We own a 2013, 2170 XD baler and the knotter fans keep the area very clean compared to that Case and 2170 s a 3x4 not a 3x3 so I don't know how well your little tractor would pick it up. It's just a thought and opinion but it was a great video like the others 👍. Also what year is your baler? and the fastest you can go with them without plugging up the pickup?
