Inner thigh workout are the ones that I need the most! I find surprising that balls don't make the same sucess as resistance bands at youtube. Your workouts are the best ones with a ball. Thank you from Brazil :)

Wondering why you didn't start with the ball between the knees on the second side, parallel plies then bringing outside leg forward and backward?

Feel free to customize the workout to your needs; Because we worked both legs in the plie series equally, we don't always include a 2nd set on the other side. Thanks for your question.
