Hey just saw your video first time.i have alot of calves fat and muscles. Is Barre good for me too? I don't want to get them bulky if i will do calf raises don't they get more bulky?

It's actually a commonly held misconception, that women "bulk" up when they begin a strength-based exercise routine; Unless you are a highly committed bodybuilder, it will be pretty impossible for you to "bulk up". BodyBarre is designed to be a high-intensity-Interval routine, with bursts of cardio to burn fat and weight-based strength exercises to tone, tighten, and strengthen the muscles underneath.
