I just love your videos, I used them in my routine. Normally I dedicate 10-20 min to lower body, 10 min abs and 10 min arms/ upper body. I find your short 10-20 minutes for lowe body very useful and give me great results. What I would love to work more is gluts and legs (knee to hips) to fight cellulite. I guess what I need is to tone more, especially the outside lateral of the thighs :) Thank you so much! Plus you are so funny and make it easier and so much fun!
