Not really, the song was made back when Norfolk Southern was young and restored 611 to operating condition. A shorter version was stuck at the back of the NS film, "Going Home" which was about 611 being restored and going back to Roanoke under her own steam. They also released a separate, complete version of the song which was the one used in the video. "Fire Up 611!" was the more recent restoration that ended in 2015.
