Stunning! Dam I wish I was still a club dancer so I could try some of these movements!!! Didn't have pole instruction or internet back then; I was never that good on it just on my own.

I bet it has something to do with your stability training. You definitely don't want that in gymnastics. Try doing some side twisting yoga poses and hip openers to prepare for learning this. Don't make it your warm up just make sure your getting these stretches in that week to prepare you.
