I would recommend securing it to some baseplates and poles, much more secure that way :~)

Yes, you can do it outside. Just put it up on some very stable baseplates and poles. At least 3, but maybe more depending on size... :~)

Hey Sandi. Sorry to be silly but I can't work it out. If I wanted to make a wall say 8x8 balloons how would I do that? Would you just do 2 sets of what you made and connect then after ether with scraps or by using smaller balloons for centers. I guess what I'm asking Is there a way to weave more than 4 rows?

Yes, that would work, you could either do it in smaller panels and then put them together, or wrestle more links at a time ;~)
