This is a wonderful aid for helping the follower understand the silent language of the leader. I have been anxious to improve in following but not as successful as needed. This demonstration breaks it down into basic details connecting key mindsets. I will watch this many times.

Thanks for the explanation - danced two decades ago. Now i'm starting over and it wprksnvery well with experienced followers. But now my teen daughter begins to dance and your explanation is much better then mine 😇

As the follower, why do I always see other followers place their left hand on the leaders arm so carefully, slowly, and delicately?
