Спасибо, Алексей. Мы тоже делаем такое упражнение. Очень не просто на самом деле, если вдаваться в детали и стараться делать правильно. Я для себя поняла, что при правильном выполнении, я чувствую пресс. К верному ли выводу я пришла? Со складыванием ладошек интересная идея, у нас ещё акцентируют внимание на распрямлении колен (так сильно выпрямлять как будто хочешь ими ударить). Может запишите видео, как поймать счёт в музыке самбы для чайников с конкретными песнями и примерами?

Да абсолютно верно 👏🏻вы должны чувствовать сокращение мышц пресса.
