Hi Ms.Bonnie. I purchased the pattern, however I have yarn specified for a 5mm hook. How any chains do I need to make the throw size?
@BonnieBayCrochet3 ай бұрын
What kind of yarn do you have? Often times the yarn recommends a smaller hook than can actually be used. If the yarn is a #4 (or worsted weight) you should be fine with the larger hook.
@stephaniecanales11483 ай бұрын
@@BonnieBayCrochet I have lion brand mandala but whatvi did do was double it up and it seems fine so far.
@BonnieBayCrochet3 ай бұрын
@@stephaniecanales1148 ok, that’s a #3 weight yarn. Would be better to stick with an H size hook using a single strand. If doubling the yarn you could even bump up to the J if you find the fabric too stiff.

Ms. Bonnie on row 11 of the written pattern. At the end of doing the repeats it does not have the part to work into the last 2 wattle stitches before the 5 alternating fpdc and bpdc and the hdc into turning chain. Or did I miss something?
@BonnieBayCrochet3 ай бұрын
Yes, you should crochet 2 Wattle stitches before working the final ribbing for this row. Thank you for the way you kindly brought this to my attention. This has been professionally edited but we are still human. This change has been updated in the written pattern but may take a while for this version to be available on LoveCrafts. It is available on Etsy.
@stephaniecanales11483 ай бұрын
@@BonnieBayCrochet I did purchase on Etsy. I found another one of the same on another row as well. On row 18, I believe there should be either a fptc or fpdc after the repeats as well. Please let me know if this is correct Ms. Bonnie. Thank you
@BonnieBayCrochet3 ай бұрын
@@stephaniecanales1148 I think Row 18 is ok. The Wattle sts are included in the "repeat from * to ** once more", followed by the ribbing.
