I've made this probably 50 times now. It's really good. I don't like chunky chicken so I boil my chicken and shred it first. I'm sad to hear though that you are so tired from all this work. I hope your husband helps out more than it seems. Right now you just seem like you work, take care of the kids, him, cook, clean, etc. That's no life to live don't be afraid to ask for his help, better men come from helping their partner as a team.

congrats on the pregnancy! I've roasted potatoes just like this many, many times ( I think rosemary is the way to go). I almost always start them in the microwave for 6 minutes or so, and then just crisp them up in a very hot oven for 10-12 minutes. So good!
