Ingredients: 90cc balsamic vinegar, 500cc rice vinegar, 120g sugar, a little salt, 3-4 bay leaves, the peel of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon black pepper. Vegetables used: 400g Italian tomatoes, 3 cucumbers, 300g Chinese yam, 100g cabbage.
Recently, I started uploading short videos. In this video, I introduce the menu I used when I successfully lost 20kg in 5 months. However, I was able to lose weight in a healthy way because I not only ate a lot but also exercised. The basic idea is to eat small amounts of food that provides sufficient nutrition, and to incorporate a lot of vegetables that provide enzymes that improve metabolism and make it easier to lose weight. Pickles are essential! The vinegar used in pickles is a non-oil dressing, so the pickles used in this recipe are also delicious when poured over salads.
