I have but only when they are mixed with the live. I find they eat the live first and they go for the dried. You can try re-hydrating dried mealworms as well to make them more appealing.

@@vistaprime Try offering grape jelly. (Not grape spread, or grape jam. Must say “jelly.”) That’s what they first came for. Make sure it does NOT have high fructose core syrup. Also, with the fewest ingredients, mostly grapes and sugar. If it has 12 ingredients, it’s probably not the best for them. They initially showed up in my yard for the hummingbird feeders. They love nectar. However, when the level was lower, the Orioles could not reach it. I only had a pair come to my yard and never stay around, year after year. I finally bought an Oriole feeder and put it away from the house, near trees so they would feel safe. They are very shy around people. This is the feeder I bought. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001R4KOL8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I filled it with nectar, mix 1 part sugar with 4 parts water. (For example, 1 cup sugar with 4 cups water) until the sugar is dissolved. Try grape jelly in one tray and meal worms in another tray and leave the other two trays empty until you have more birds. I now have about 8 Orioles coming to the feeders, a mocking bird and a blue bird. I have 3 Oriole feeders now, started with one oriole feeder. I also have 8 hummingbird feeders and that might also be attracting the Orioles since they like nectar. The Orioles rarely come to the feeder near the house, but prefer the one away from the house and urrounded by trees and plants for the feeling of safety. I live in Southern California and they say to offer Orioles food in late March to early April then keep it there for them. Also, keeping the food fresh. It took weeks of throwing out and wasting food before they finally showed up, so I only had nectar in the feeder to begin with until I found an Oriole in my yard. Next I added grape jelly, until I saw them eating it. Finally, I added mealworms. At first they ate everything but the mealworms. Now they love them! Hope this helps.
