I agree. COPPA wouldn’t have existed if people just decided to put their stuff on KZbin kids, or said that their channels were collector friendly from the start.

@@haydenreviewscustomcombos Partially though more accurately it happened because KZbin corporate advertised that it knew kids watched regular KZbin.
