Its ripped from Baltra's NY Boiler Room set. The label that released it probably requested that the vocals were removed or it could be the artists choice

I also see a ferris wheel here kzbin.info/www/bejne/oaW2lK2Vpttjqas&t=207 I've never been to Osaka though so can't really say from experience.

Was in contact with Baltra a few weeks ago, apparently he's in the process of getting this released - sans the vocals. Originally I though this was just a remix of 'Le Youth - Clap your hands'.
