Some people are thinking that Baylan is abandoning Shin, but I see it more as him sending her down the path she’s already chosen. She isn’t as interested in real power as she is in conquest and dominance, so he is releasing her to do what she really wants.

I also wonder if Baylan made this Shin's "Jedi Trial", in a way. If she decides that this seeking of ultimate power over the galaxy isn't really what she desires, she may return to her Master, with him saying something to the effect of, "Then, perhaps you are willing and worthy to join me on my quest..."

Personally I don't see how this is the path that she's chosen... for the entire season, she's been following Baylan's plans and orders. In the last episode she was hesitant and seemed to want to turn back altogether. Then Baylan instructs her to finish the job on her own; at this point she doesn't really have a choice but to ally with Thrawn if she wants to get off of this planet/galaxy, and Baylan is the one who led her into that position. It's not really giving her a free choice under the circumstances. But idk, i'm interested to see what the final episode reveals about both characters.

She said they need to prepare for the worst and hope for the best because they werent doing that. They werent prepared at all for Thrawn coming back. Now obviously offscreen they will have a deeper conversation thats why she said that but we arent gonna sit there for 15 minutes and watch them hash out plans lol I also think with Erza, he didnt press Sabine more because he has found peace. He is a jedi afterall and is one with the force so he knows patience is a virtue. I dont think Baylen will die anytime soon Ive heard that he has been recast by the guy from Prison Break and That CW hero show I forget the name but I hope he does the role justice. Anyways good reaction guys keep em coming.

I think Sabine is hedging because at this point she doesn't expect to go home. She truly expects to live out her life with Ezra on the planet

I know the show is almost over but I'm still amazed by how good they translated Huyang to live action. So cool and funny the way his eyes move sometimes.

What an episode. Still think the relationship between Ahsoka and Huyang is incredible and I love it. One of my favorite parts of the show Also big brain move by Thrawn... he was like yo, this is Anakin's padawan. Let her cook because there's no way we can know wtf she'll do because he was unpredictable I also feel like Baylan was sort of proud to see Ahsoka survived and proud that she got the better of him in that duel

Awesome episode man seeing Ahsoka like her ol self and having Anakin Holicron moment was Legendary! Man I know there's no way The Actor could have known but when Balen was saying Goodbye it felt like it was Ray Stevenson saying it 🕯️🙏 I remember I got emotional during that because one episode left and I Beyond Hope they give him a great send off and not have had plans for another season, Besides that Damn it was awesome seeing C3PO!!! I was ready for Chopper to kill that senator guy😂 Thrawn having that moment of..oh that was her Master 🎇 In The New Thrawn trilogy he knew Anakin was Vader so Im ready for what we see ahhhh One more episode! Isn't there a black box on the ships seeig the space whales and bad guys? Wouldn't that be shown to the council? Has Ezra been getting training from certain Jedi Force Ghosts while on this planet, hence the "I don't need the lightsaber" sentence? AND still Sabine refuses to tell Ezra the whole truth ... makes no sense. IF there going to keep Baylan for season two they will have to recast.

Erza force push is so strong he distorted Shin's lightsaber ... we've seen the force stopping lightsabers with powerful characters like vader, kylo, and Rey ... I don't think we've seen distortion like that right?? And the bandits he was hitting them with mini force pushes ... and then obviously finished the other two bandits with that massive force push ... but they only showed the one on screen cuz they had to somewhat cgi that ... the problem is if more people would wake up and watch these amazing shows... the animated ones too ... LucasFilms would spend more money ... but I agree that I wanted to see more of Erza in action ... cuz he's definitely gotten stronger

@Sully2001 You must be one of the american lead babies. Dye black hair white, then use natural pigment to change dark hair to dark purple/plum. If they can make Sabine have 20 different hair colors, they can do one. Also, I'm sure Ezra is more philipino than east Asia or Middle Eastern. Pretty sure actor he is of Persian blood. I get you people don't care about such things. That's why you do what you do. I care. Ita about respect and continuity. I know many of you will babble on about race and bla bla. I'm so far above those laughable concepts you ant people came up with. Were you upset that Sabine’s hair didn’t change 8 times per episode too?
